Elastica
Elastica’s lead singer Justine Frischmann was part of Suede’s original lineup, inspired Damon Albarn to write some really sad songs about the end of their romance, and helped M.I.A. write one of her earlier hits “Galang”. The band was instrumental in the britpop movement of the mid 90’s, and their self-titled debut is, to me, terribly underrated.
And this song? This song is about having sex in a car.
